The Wild Rogue Relay
June 17 – 18, 2022
221 miles – Applegate Lake to Brookings, Oregon
One of the most unique, scenic, wilderness relay courses in the United States – relay race runners will trace the wild Rogue River through the Siskiyou Mountains to the wild Oregon coast over this 221-mile course.
The Wild Rogue Relay consists of 12 person, 9 person, or 6 person ultra teams that rotate through 36 transition areas. Each relay team member runs 3 legs of varying lengths and difficulty and will cover an average total distance of 18-20 miles. We will begin the 221-mile relay race just outside of Jacksonville, Oregon on the shore of Applegate Lake, and it will end at the beautiful Azalea Park in Brookings, Oregon. Bring your 12-, 9- or 6- person team to Southern Oregon for this overnight relay race.
NOTE to Returning Teams:
Race Roster is creating coupon codes for teams returning from 2020 and 2021. An email from Race Roster, or us, with the code, should be sent to the team captain by Wednesday, 12/29/21. The email will direct you to re-register with the coupon code for 2022.

“The Wild Rogue River relay was incredible. I have done three Hood to Coasts and this relay is more challenging and less chaotic. I would recommend it to any brave soul who likes a challenge.”
I can’t wait for next year! Awesome people, amazing scenery, superb volunteer staff, Dutch Bros, and then there’s leg 35… my personal favorite part of the entire race!
A tradition! I’ve done this the last four years. Always a blast and better and better each year.
